Update Aadhaar Card Data Through Post

Aadhar card update by post address (offline method)

If you lost your Registered mobile number then you can follow this process .or You can update your aadhaar card in permanent enrollment center.But you cannot update your Aadhaar card if your mobile number is lost.

You can update/modify the following details in your Aadhaar card through this update process.

1. Name

2. Date of Birth

3. Address

4. Gender

5. Mobile Number

Follow the below steps to update your Aadhaar card  data through post:

Step 1 : Download Aadhaar Data update/correction form.Click here 

                                   

 Step 2 :Fill all the details in English and and also in your local language. Tick mark the fields that  you want to be updated /corrected. you have to fill the entire form irrespective of the field to be Updated/Corrected.

Step 3: Attach self attested documents along with application form ,Proof of address and Proof of identity. Along with self attestation write your aadhaar card number in every form.

Step 4 :seal the documents in postal cover and write "Aadhar Update/Correction" on top of postal cover.

Step 5 : Now send Postal envelop to the following address 

Note : Mobile number should be filled in update form so that you will be notified the status of your Aadhaar Update Request.
