If you lost your Aadhar card enrollment slip then you cannot download your aadhaar  card unless you Registered your mobile number with UIDAI . 

So if you lost enrollment slip and unable to download aadhaar card then you have to update your aadhaar card with new mobile number. To update your aadhaar card you have 3 ways  as mentioned below 

1.)  Update Aadhaar card  In Permanent Enrollment Center.

2.)  update aadhaar card through post.

3.)  update aadhar card online .
